Buy American is Bad Business

As I noted in this Op-Ed piece in the Bangor Daily News, Buy American provisions in both the House and Senate "Stimulus Package" legislation promote protectionism that would not serve our country, or our workers, or our taxpayers, well.

Global competition is a contact sport. But I think we're up to the challenge.
