Is the "Celtic Tiger" Dead?

Is the Celtic Tiger dead?  What goes up, must come down .... particularly when things go up too far, too fast and perhaps too foolish.

This sobering report from Al-Jazeera, of all sources, paints a rather grim picture of once vibrant Dublin and Ireland's prospects for economic rebound.
